Parker (York-East), now Toronto City Councillor - Ward 26. While at Queen’s Park, Elizabeth coordinated special events, prepared briefing notes, assisted with constituent concerns and correspondence and wrote constituent newsletters.

Her stories paint a compelling picture of our clients to help our audiences – potential clients, family caregivers and donors – recognize the value of the community support sector. She can take someone else's work and polish it to make it much more lively and readable! Elizabeth would be a valuable asset for any organization that needs help with any type of writing and editing."
  - Jane Moore, Executive Director, SPRINT
(Senior Peoples' Resources in North Toronto Inc.)

"Elizabeth Trew is a volunteer with Edition, the award-winning newsletter of the Editors' Association of Canada, Toronto Branch. She has regularly served as a copy editor, proofreader, and contributing writer for Edition. Elizabeth has authored feature articles and program reports. This year she was a part of Edition’s 30th anniversary committee, which developed and planned special issues to celebrate the association’s anniversary. As editor of Edition (2007-2009), I appreciated Elizabeth's dedication to the newsletter. She is professional and hard working, and is able to meet tight deadlines. Her contributions to the newsletter have been valuable."

"Elizabeth summarized my presentation to the Editors' Association in her article Business Management Essentials for Editors. She did an excellent job of capturing the highlights of what editors should do as business professionals, and her writing style really brought my presentation to life. I highly recommend her work!"
